Ingredients

Raw Sugar/White Sugar

Sugar is good for your skin and can deliver some “sweet” results when used as part of your skin routine. The small particles in sugar are great for exfoliating away dead skin on your body to reveal healthy, smooth looking skin. It is also a natural source of glycolic acid, which helps to removes the outer layer of dead cells from the skin.

Why shea butter?

Shea butter is used in my deodorant and whipped body butter! Shea butter is naturally rich in vitamins A, E, F, and K which makes it nourishing and moisturizing for your skin. It absorbs quickly into the skin as it melts at body temperature so your skin won’t feel greasy. It provides some protection against sun exposure but it should not replace your sunscreen. It is an excellent daily skin moisturizer for your hands, feet, and body so you can use it every day.

Benefits of Coconut Oil

We all know coconut oil is good for everything! Coconut oil is a highly saturated oil commonly used for cooking, but it also has benefits for your skin. It is used in all of my natural body products because it nourishes and hydrates the skin.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

EVOO is a natural moisturizer that is used to soften your skin and give your skin a natural, healthy glow.

Vitamin E Oil

Vitamins are important to help maintain your skin’s appearance and health. You can get plenty of vitamins from nutrient-rich foods but topical products containing vitamins are also beneficial such as my whipped body butter. Vitamin E easily absorbs into the skin and makes a great moisturizer for dry, patchy areas of skin.

Disclaimer: We all have different skin types and although the ingredients used in my products can benefit skin health, it may not be ideal for everyone. If you have oily or sensitive skin, please do not use on your face as it may clog your pores and cause blackheads. As with most things, trial and error may be the best approach to determine if BodyScentsation Products work for you.

Always test all products for allergies. Place a small amount inside your elbow area and wait 24 hours. If no rash or reaction occurs, then you can be sure that the product is safe for you.

**The shea butter and oils listed are perfect companions as they combine to provide a great moisturizer that can be used on your entire body
